Do I need a deposit to book?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your total service cost and ensures your reserved time is protected. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

To ensure the best results:

• Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood thinners 24 hours prior

• Do not wax, tweeze, or tint the area beforehand

• Avoid excessive sun exposure or tanning

• Come with clean skin (no makeup on the treatment area)

You’ll also receive detailed pre-care and post-care instructions after booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time with proper notice. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit and require a new one to rebook.

How long do results last?

Results vary depending on skin type and lifestyle, but most permanent makeup services up to 2 years or more.

Touch-ups are recommended to maintain color and shape over time.  Touch-ups are vailid for up to 2 years.

Is permanent makeup painful?

Most clients experience minimal discomfort. A topical numbing agent is applied before and during the procedure to keep you as comfortable as possible. Sensitivity levels vary, but the process is generally very tolerable.  

When will I see my final results?

Initial results are visible immediately, but the area will go through a healing process. Final results typically appear within 6–8 weeks once the skin has fully healed.

Do you offer custom tattoo designs?

Yes, all tattoos are custom-designed to fit your vision and style. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your ideas, placement, size, and overall aesthetic to create a unique piece tailored specifically to you. A deposit is required to begin the design process, and design concepts are finalized prior to your appointment to ensure a smooth experience.
